Its like a memorial to immaturity

Mon Feb 2, 2009, 12:54 AM
I haven't posted a single thing here in years. I tried to delete this page, but according to deviant art deleting a gallery is "not supported" by their code. So, if they insist on littering the web with all this stuff I thought was cool when I was 17, I may as well add a disclaimer.

This will now serve as a living reminder of how smart and awesome I thought I was when I was 17.

I took down ("stored") the photography. I've progressed a lot since then and you can find my newer work in a few places ( [link] and [link] )I'm keeping the writing up here though... that's the part that reminds me the most of being in high school. Back then I had a lot of time to write and (apparently) be really depressed about girls. Since then I took my frustration out (on myself) by sleeping with as many girls as I possibly could, which in retrospect was a really really stupid idea. I never knew a youth large band t-shirt and long hair could take me so many places.

But anyway - Now I'm a photo-illustration student at Kent State. I do graphic design and conceptual photography. (ie. not fine art) Simply put, I solve problems with pictures. I tend bar at professors pub in kent, as well as do most of the graphic design there.

I appreciate all the criticism and support I received for the stuff I posted here, and I apologize (to anyone that still cares) that I was too stupid to listen to a single word of it.

So long, deviant art.

I've had a few jobs here and there, and sadly i've kind of fell out of photography. :( A new camera is still on my list of things to save up for though. I'm looking forward to it still, but dont worry - i havent given up!

Sic gallery man! SIC!!

And thanks for commenting on my Blood Bros. pics, you have some sweet ones yourself. Good luck with getting a new camera.
